Rick’s journey began at Temple University, where he studied Insurance & Risk Management, followed by graduate studies in Insurance and Business Law at the prestigious Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His career spans influential roles, including Chief Marketing Officer of an insurance company, Vice President of Sales, Director of Advanced Planning, Regional Vice President, and Agency Owner. He is also the founder of Fed Retirement Income Planners, where he has dedicated years to helping financial professionals serve federal employees to maximize their benefits and secure their financial futures.

Rick has served as an Educational Contractor for the Department of Defense, providing critical financial education to those who serve our nation. A gifted trainer and mentor, he has built a reputation for his ability to communicate across all organizational levels, leading teams to exceptional performance and lasting success.
